Premier Hot Tubs

went great. I first noticed a small leak and could not pinpoint where the leak was coming from. All the plumbing seemed to be intact. I called Premier who cam out and diagnosed the problem. It was repaired totally to my satisfaction.

The initial purchase went fine.  The owner, James Sturgeon, was polite and helpful.  When we were making the purchase we recommended that the company use a crane to deliver the hot tub due to it being a heavily wooded area.  He did not think it was necessary.  When delivering the tub they dropped it, damaging the tub, our deck and stairs.  Had they used the crane, this would not have happened.  They also did not deliver everything that was ordered, including stairs and a lifter.  Despite repeated calls to the business and promises of fixing our deck and the tub we have never heard from them again.  Stay away from this disreputable business.  We are having to sue them to recoup our losses.

Prompt. Professional and very clean installation. Delivered on promise of time and scope.

Technician great. James the owner is rude. He won't return calls and won't schedule appointments in a timely manner

I think that their pricing is reasonable because the prices can be high in our area. Things are going very well. The owner works pretty closely with us and he is very meticulous especially about the deck work. We have been very happy with the job that the workers that he sent us have been doing. I do not think that we really have any complaints. We are pretty happy with the way things are going. We think that we are getting a good value for the money that we are spending with them. We will recommend them to other people.

Our backyard project had a lot of moving parts as we were doing a full backyard makeover. Honestly, it was a big project that was complicated. James understood this so he came out several times. His crew rocked.
Our yard had just been leveled out by a company that built retaining walls to make way for a large lawn area. James and his team worked among the other construction that was going to build our deck and get the hot tub installed in time for Winter. We had the deck inspected by the County and there were no issues.
Long story short, the Deck is AMAZING like we'd thought it would be. Stacie was the foreman on our project and he was very skilled and highly capable, I would higher him any time. He's built hundreds of homes in our area and it's obvious when you speak with him.
Great job and we still get lots of compliments about our deck and hot tub.
