Purchased a medium size fountain from Pikes. After paying for delivery ($75.00), I was told at the point of delivery that they could not set the fountain up and I would need to come back to the store and arrange for installation. Went back to store, filled out paperwork, paid an additional $150.00 for the installation. After four days, called and spoke with Paul the store manager. Paul informed me that my paperwork was never faxed to the Pike's design center in Johns Creek but he would fax it as soon as we hung upend I would hear from someone later that day. Two days later after no call, I phoned Paul again. This time I was told, "Not my job" but out of the goodness in heart he would call Johns Creek store. After two hours, I called Johns Creek and spoke to Cathy -- a totally rude employee. Our conversation ended with her telling me that I would receive a call in the afternoon to let me know where I was on the schedule. I confirmed that I would be hearing from someone and her reply was a snotty "Yes You Will" Haven't heard from anyone.
