They did a great job fixing damage to front and rear bumper of my Mazda CX9 after 2 separate incidents. Car looks great, they were efficient and worked with the insurance company for one of the repairs.  Everyone there was very pleasant to deal with and my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I felt like I drove off in a new car.

Excellent!  Ian was great at keeping me updated on progress with vehicle, making sure the best parts were ordered and working with insurance company to have it covered.  Enterprise is next door and he hooked me up with rental car.  Absolutely professional and smooth!

This is the second time I've brought a car to Performance Collision; in both instances, they have done a superior job of not only getting the job done to A+ standards, but also in the ongoing communication about  the project, any changes, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend to family and friends. I have used them before to repair some damage caused by road debris and now some jerk takes a lane too close and swipes my car. I brought it to Scott and he asked for 30 minutes and brought me my car back as shiny as new. The damage was superficial so they buffed it out and cleaned it up. Good as new and better yet he did not even charge me. These guys are excellent and their work is the best I have seen. I have had some accidents over 30 years and never has my car been repaired as well or looked as good as when they work on it. They will be my only stop for auto body work.

Everything was done as expected and car looked great! Body work was covered by insurance.

Bumped a car pulling into a parking place. Damage to my car, front end. The hood was raised a couple of inches and bumper/light damage. They did a great job. There is a rental car place right next door with great rates. I would definitely use them again.

It took about two weeks and they did a good job from what I can tell. They communicated updates and progress and were able to accommodate my request to pickup the car 1 day earlier.

I was at my insurance and quot;conciergeand quot; shop and it was a joke. In the office I called performance and from the beginning they were professional and knowledgeable. I left the shop I was in and went right over. I can't say enough about the interaction I had and the quality of the work. They were amazing. Would I use them again? absolutely!!

I really liked doing business with Ben and will do business with him again. I observed more than 6 hours of intense attentive labor devoted to my car. Additionally I can attest to AAAs use of the very best equipment... e.g. while waiting, I checked on-line and learned that the Rupes (from Italy) Big Foot orbital polishers were generally considered the best. That's what I saw Ben's team using! Pick up and delivery service is available for a modest add-on.

Performance Auto Collision is a very professional organization that understands how to effectively work with insurance companies to make sure the work is done right. Their work is excellent, and we have all of our automotive body work done by them.

Performance Auto is known for their quality body work. If you go there, you'll see what customers think about them simply by noticing the types of cars that are brought there for bodywork. People who have paid handsome prices for the types of cars they own bring them to Performance because of their reputation for excellent quality work. The Enclave they repaired for me had been damaged during last winter's snow / ICE storms in Atlanta. The entire right side had to be repaired along with a bent-in right front wheel. It wasn't cheap, but the car was returned to me in perfect condition. The body work was great, and the paint job was factory perfect. You could not tell that such extensive work had been performed on the vehicle. Performance has done less extensive work on the other cars mentioned, and each time, I have been completely satisfied.
When you walk into the office, you are immediately impressed with the very business-like atmosphere of the establishment. You are addressed right away and professionally attended to by one of their excellent staff members. I have developed a relationship with Scott who has handled my work each time I have gone there ( too many unfortunately ). Scott calls me regularly to update me of the progress of repairs involving my vehicles. He does a great job of communicating with you the entire time your car is in the shop. All of the staff are helpful and very professional.
Performance Auto will probably not be the cheapest body shop you will find, but they are absolutely worth the money they charge if you want the work done expertly. They are a State Farm recommended shop also, which means that they essentially do all the dealing with State Farm for you after you take it too them. They may also do the same for some of the other insurance companies you might have for coverage.
Simply put, I would not take a car of mine to anyone else in the Atlanta area after having the great experience(s) I've had with Performance Auto. They just do it right!

Fixed/Painted a deep dent on the driver door of my CX7...to match they also had to paint the fender. They did a good job with the painting. During the painting process they also had to dismantle the left head light; however did not correctly install the bulb seal and socket while reinstalling the headlight - resulting in water ingress and damage.

Chris Allen and the guys did an amazing and professional job.I would recommend them highly. When faced with a decision on repairs they gave me great advice.

The repairs went very well. The car looked and rode great after the repairs and steering and alignment was excellent. I brought the car to a number of dealers as a possible trade-in recently (2 1/2 years later) and all of them remarked that the reported (CarFax) repairs looked excellent. My mechanic was also impressed with their work. The repairs took a reasonable time period for the extensive repairs needed.

Performance Auto Collision did a fantastic job. They treat you with courtesy from your first steps into the office all the way through the completion of work. Our car was vandalized - mirrors broken off and keyed down the side. Of course our first step was to file a claim with the insurance company who provided a low and cut rate estimate. Performance Auto Collision took the ball, acted as our advocate and jumped through all the hoops with the insurance company to get a corrected settlement to do the job correctly. There was no way I would have been able to accomplish that. They did the job right and in a short time. I hope I won't need their services any time soon, but when I do need auto body work done, Performance Auto Collision will be my first and only call!

I was very happy with the service that I received. Everyone was professional and they kept me informed every step of the way. Overall the price was fare and the quality of work was excellent. I will highly recommend this auto repair company.
