 + -1 morePedro did a super job. He arrived in the morinng and didn't leave until the job was done which was late in the afternoon. He resolved all the issues I had been dealing with. He was extremely polite, efficient and delightful to work with. He came highly recommended by a dear friend and business colleague and is extremely trustworthy. Pedro can work remotely which is extremely helpful and efficient. I am in the technology business ( non-IT function) and have worked with the best engineers and technicians... he is one of the very best!
Description of Work: Pedro assessed the status of multiple computers, resolved operating inefficiencies, helped select new computer, accessories and software. He transferred all my files, installed needed upgrades, determined what should be added or deleted and efficiently connected computers and printers. He was doing this for my business,family and personal computers. The end result was a much smoother and efficient operating experience. It has saved me lots of time struggling with daily issues.
