Within a day after the technician left both computers reverted to their prior states.  One was again very slow.  The other, once again didn't work at all.   They wanted me to bring them it in for a big virus check, but I had lost confidence in them and chose another option.

I gave up on adjusting my wireless/wired/UVerse network at midnight on Friday night. I emailed these guys and they wrote right back right away. although they said to call then, I called at 6:30 am and we set up a 1pm appt. Warren was early, worked fast, listened closely, and solved my problems which included a bad wire, the UVerse equipment, and my Apple wireless router. he hustled (they charge hourly so I was glad to see that), let me help, and explained exactly what he did. he did not up sell me to new equipment and focused in efficiently solving my problems. they are now my go to source for all things computing. the geek squad could get to me for a week! I have had the Geek Squad come out for a couple years and a local person as well, but I think this PC EMT group is superior to any other that I’ve used.  They do a good job.  They seem to hire some pretty high-quality individuals.  The young man who has been coming out to my home is actually post-graduate in terms of college, and he has done excellent work.  They are competitively priced and they are very service-oriented.  You usually get them to come out the same day or the following day, which is much much faster than other services I’ve used.  They have local knowledge and motivation to get you on the schedule and solve your problems well.  I think they’re a good company.  Unlike some of the other groups, this one is not constantly trying to upsell me.

$30 dollar diagnostic fee, and waived if you do the service.  Brought my PC in at 11:00, and it was available by 2:00 that day.  The guys there don't try to "upsell" services you don't need.
