Purchased a Deal on Angie's List. Offered 3 dates that worked to schedule service. Provider declined & said they would contact when available. Provider never called to schedule an appointment. Reached out to provider, still not contact.

After two initial requests for scheduling, They never called to set a date for painting job. I sent several msg's and received responses that someone would be calling. I will be asking for a refund. Now, let's see how long that takes!!

After being told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment, I waited for several days. I finally called and the owner answered the phone. He said his secretary was in the process of contacting everyone to schedule appointments. He wanted to make sure he could schedule his "best" guys for the job. I never heard back from the secretary and have called several times since and left voicemails with no response. How do I get a refund?

I don't think Angie's List checks these people out before allowing them to offer deals. Feels like they let anyone offer a deal - no better than Groupon or LivingSocial.

They called me to set up services and I never heard anything back. I kept getting the same story that the secretary was going to schedule services, but never heard anything. The last few times I have called I was sent straight to voice mail. Nothing was ever scheduled.

Emailed him and called him to set up a date, and said he would call soon to set up a schedule, but it didn't happen, and I was not able to have it during the time off I wanted.

Patricia's Painting & Contracting is the best Home Improvement company I have ever worked with. I have had bad experiences in the past. Martin Blake (owner), came to my home and gave us a free estimate and had great suggestions. He was extremely professional and on-time. His estimate was very competitive. Patricia's Painting performed all the work in a neat and professional manner. They got the job done on-time and on budget, and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend them to everybody. In fact, he will be finish my neighbor's basement this month. Thanks......
