I worked with the cleaning crew to solve the issues....I helped them whenever I could. I felt badly for how stressful the traffic became, arriving late, and seldom being reliable. It was not pleasant for them either. And I was often concerned by how the owner talked and dealt with her lead employee. It seemed unnecessarily demeaning, rude and mean spirited. I guess the best way to describe their work is simply dysfunctional. The other problem was the damage that was done to 4 walls in the house due to cleaning tools hitting the wall. A broken dish, scratches on the wood floors, and the wall holes made for more dissatisfaction and dysfunction. I was very unhappy with all of the damage and banging around of equipment. Finally, I thought we had gotten the permanent day and time correct for everyone. Then the walls were fixed and the 3 of us talked about moving on with those problems behind us. I had asked the owner to go to once a month service. She said she would send me in the mail another contract to show the change. When I didn't receive that in the mail, I text the owner 2 times, and left a message on her business phone the next day for confirmation of day and time for the next visit..... I tried to reach to the owner 3 different ways....and finally, I realized she is simply ignoring me. She never intends to return my texts or call. She has decided to deal with this business arrangement, a signed contract with me by ignoring my requests. When she didn't return my texts, I really didn't think anything of it. But after 3 days I realize that she has ended this service, and she doesn't have the professionalism to tell me. Just ignoring me was not her best choice. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review if she had dealt with me like a professional and been honest about what she had decided....I have never been unapproachable or uncooperative so this treatment is truly uncalled for. I caution any one to consider this cleaning service with scrutiny. I was never treated so poorly when I was paying a lot of $$ for this grief. Not happy with Paramount. I deserved better from this company.

"We have received excellent written review(s) from this client ranging from 4 to 5 stars. We had a written agreement to exclude 2 rooms and clean the rest of the house at an agreed price. On one occasion, we ran late and notified the client long in advance. It was her choice to reschedule. Then we were accused of creating holes in her walls... In 17 years of service, this has never occurred in any of the homes that we have cleaned. As a courtesy, we went above and beyond and re-arranged our schedule to meet her demands. We repaired her walls at no cost, deep scrubbed the entire house plus included the rooms excluded from our contract. The cleaning plus repairs ran 8 hours. After numerous harassing phone calls and texts, it was in our best interest to terminate this client."

The crew was over 90 minutes late to the set appointment time. After calling and texting the owner and getting NO response, we assumed they were not coming. We decided to allow the crew to do the job even though they didn't start until 7:45PM and I had to get my children to bed. The kitchen table (glass) was not cleaned, some of the window sills were not dusted/cleaned, the TV in the family room was not dusted. One hallway looks as if it was not mopped. Would I ever call them back - absolutely not!

They called my daughter and they estimated $119.00 for what I needed done. My daughter ok'd the estimate. They came out to my house and the vacuum cleaner did not work, so none of my carpets were vacuumed and they also charged me $198.00 +tax when it was only supposed to be $119.00. I am not happy with the company or the service and would not recommend their services to anyone. They also brought their cell phones in my house and were using them while they were working. When my daughter contacted her, Camille started screaming at my daughter and hung up on me when I called.

"Please verify our prices on our website: www.bestcleaningserviceatlanta.com. We have held the same rates for several years and at no time have we quoted $119 for 4 hours of deep house cleaning. We didn't vacuum the carpet because we exceeded the 4 hours as contracted. And lastly, at no time did we scream nor hang up the phone on this client."

They were horrible. I was extremely dissatisfied with them. They were slackers. They were late. They did not communicate. I told them upfront when I had them two expectations I had like the basic to clean my floors and toilets and that was it. They did not do any of it. They were not responsive. Price-wise they were okay. It is just that you do not get what you are paying for.

I use Paramount Professional Cleaning about six or seven months back. I spent about $200. They were pretty good. They spent about four hours for the $200 I paid them, I think it was more like $250. There were two cleaners, they weren't bad at all. I just felt like usually when I call cleaners they could finish cleaning the whole house in three hours, but Paramount did some sort of a deep cleaning. But they couldn't get to too many of the areas. But whatever they did they did good.

We used them twice - the first time they did ok - I had to show them a couple of things they missed and they assured me they would always clean them from then on - I did this in front of their person who checked on the jobs to make sure they were done right.. The second time they job was worse - the floors expecially were smeared with some kind of sticky cleaning solution. When I called to complain after they had left they questioned why I did not complain while they were there. I told them I was out and noticed the poor job when I got home, besides, what happened to the person checking on the job? This was on Friday and they assured me they would come on Monday to fix the problem and would call over the weekend to set a time for Monday. I didn't want to have a dirty floor all weekend so I cleaned it myself, thank goodness. They never called but showed up at 3PM on Monday and I was not there to let them in. Not very good service or very professional. I also have two sweet golden retreivers. One of the maids was terrified of them so my husband had to spend two hours each time they cleaned holding the dogs or sitting on the deck in the cold so she could clean. Knowing I have two dogs, couldn't they have sent another maid that was not so scared of dogs? What if we were not there?

"Thank you for your review. We were hired to service your home after a satisfactory 4 HR deep cleaning. In regards to your second cleaning, we were uncertain about the sticky solution on your hardwood floor since we used a very safe combination of vinegar and water. Your husband had conducted an inspection with on of our supervisors and was satisfied with the service. We responded to your phone call the same evening and assured you that we would address your concerns the next day on Saturday. You responded that you would be busy and had dinner plans. We agreed that the crew would come on the following Monday afternoon, yet my crew was denied entry to your home by your daughter. In regards to your dogs, it is our duty to protect our staff if they are intimidated by large and unleashed animals. In similar situations, our new customers usually crate or put away their pets in an area that is safe for our crew until they are familiar with the pet(s). We advise our clients to wait until the floors are dry before entering the rooms. This action would also help to prevent streaks or dog paws on freshly mopped floors."

The owner Camille is pleasant to work with. She is professional and her goal is to satisfy the customers needs which she accomplished with me. Her employees did a fantastic job cleaning my home. Camille inspected the house after the job was completed. Anything that was overlooked she brought to her emplyees attention and they did the cleaning to my satisfaction. I will continue to use their service and would recommend them to others.

It's hard to believe a company with fairly good reviews actually provides such a lousy service. Two people came in at 9am in the morning and I showed them in detail what need to be done. I told them to clean all the drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms, all the windows, and the bath tubs. The service was 3 hours in total. I came back to the house 3 hours later at around 12pm. One of their supervisors was there as well. He asked me to check their cleaning work. I checked upstairs and downstairs, but the drawers and the windows were not touched at all. Still as dirty as yesterday. It appeared to me that in 3 hours they only cleaned some parts of the bathrooms and a few kitchen appliances, which were not very clean either even after they cleaned them. So I told the supervisor please clean mainly the drawers and windows. They said "yes yes we will make them very clean." Then I left and half an hour later my husband came in. He saw 4 people (another supervisor came) sitting there and chatting, drinking coke from our refrigerator, and there were three phones charging on the wall. Still the drawers were untouched. So my husband had to tell them again what need to be cleaned. They said they were going to do everything but they would not do anything until you point to them one by one and watch them getting it done. After they left, the drawers are still dirty. And the windows still have fingerprints, dust, and dirt on them. I'm not sure what I am paying for. And they also took our knife. One of the cleaner who did the upstairs (I can see at least she did some work) is better than the other who did the downstairs. But if you want to use this company, make sure that you are with them all the time. Otherwise you are just wasting your money.

Went very well. I couldn't be there when they performed the cleaning, so they let themselves in and handled it. I was extremely impressed with the results. Couldn't be happier and signed up for monthly service.

I was thoroughly impressed. arrived on time, worked efficiently (even with a baby in the house), were very friendly and did a real thorough scrubbing of the house. I would highly recommend them. At the conclusion of the cleaning a manager came by to inspect their work. They did lot of wokr in a short time and 2 weeks later the house still looks incredibly clean with minimal upkeep on my part.

We had 2 "teams" of cleaners show up. First, they were supposed to arrive at 8am, and finally showed up at 8:45am. Then, the first team was actually a "stand in" for the team we were supposed to have, but I have no idea where they were. The first team was AWESOME and I would gladly hire them again. The second team came in, seemed to find fault with the first team's work (although I was very pleased with the first team's work) and proceeded to "continue" where the first team left off. (Apparently the first team was scheduled to be somewhere else, and they were running late...the second team hadn't shown up, and the first team actually seemed to CARE about the cleanliness of our house.) Anyway, the second team seemed to have an "attitude" and it was very difficult to communicate with them as they spoke very little English...or at least it seemed that way.
To reiterate, the first "team" was great...the second "team" not so much. Made for a weird cleaning experience overall.

Camille Baker and her associate visited with me to review the work needed. We scheduled a date and she provided a team of 5 on day one and 2 on day two. The house looks amazing and the workers were courteous and careful. Ms. Baker was present personally most of day one and another associate came on day two to review the work and sign off that I was satisfied with their work. I have since contracted Paramount to help me keep the place in order.

I just bought a house and wanted someone to come in and clean it from top to bottom before we moved in. I did quite a bit of research to find the best cleaning company I could. I am very thorough and needed someone as meticulous as myself for the job. I had five of the best companies I could find come out for an estimate, and I chose Paramount. When Camille and her crew came out to the house, she went above and beyond what I expected. She was nice, caring, and professional, but most importantly the house was immaculate. Her price was more than fair, and I would not hesitate to use her again. Thanks Camille!
