"Thank you for choosing Northwest and thank you for taking the time to post a review! Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you!"
They regularly missed dusting the door frames as specified in their regular treatment plan. I would come home to find the same spider webs on the doors the same day they treated the house. Also, I had some problems with insects in my finished basement and it took three calls to get them to come out and do something more than just the standard treatment. This solved the problem - temporarily. There were other issues such as not being able to get quotes from them on other outdoor treatments. When the did provide a quote they had higher prices than other local competitors.
