We are NBS Diamonds dealing in diamonds and fancy Colored Diamonds located in the heart of Manhattan. NETCOM USA INC has been our IT Service provider for more than 10 years. We have had various issues with our Exchange Server, Network Printers, and workstations. Netcom has always taken care of our issues in a timely manner and made sure that our business is not lost if any technical issues occur. Their management tools are very user friendly and its very easy to communicate with their team if any issue occurs. We are very satisfied with their service.

We were very new in the business and NETCOM USA INC was recommended to us. We are very pleased that we chose them for our IT needs. They saved us tons of money. They finished our job before time and was very cost effective. We have signed yearly retainer contract with them.
