Incredible service, price and follow-up. Russ installed 30 screens 2 days after I met with him. Others told me they would have to be custom ordered, but Russ had them ordered and installed 2 days later! and that order included bronze frames and several solar screens! His price was also well below what others had quoted me. I highly recommend this company. Two thumbs up all around! Thanks Russ!

Did a very good quality job

He did a great job and quality is great too. But time was an issue. He never got back to me on his own once we started talking. Scheduling was always a problem, because I think he works on this business part time. For example he told me that storm windows will be ready in a week. Then 2 weeks later I called and he said they are ready. He should have gotten back to me and should have been on top of things. But things are done now, and storm windows look great.

You need to put in an "excellent" column, because that is what I would check. Mr. Henderson was very professional. He showed up when he said he was going to, charged what he estimated--which was very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would add that my new room, where he installed the storm windows, is noticeably more comfortable.

Very responsive to our request for new window screens. Provided us several options and went out of his way on a weekend to show an alternative when first choice was not available.
