They were pardon my french G.. D... awful. If there were a z grading, they would get a z rating. I know I looked it up, but I'm not sure if they are on Angie's List. I do think it could be on Angie's List. We my husband and I had to move all our furniture into the basement, not them. They never asked me if I wanted an poly euro-thane finished, oiled based, or water based. They just did it. I had assumed we had an oiled based poly-euro-thane, that we would get the same, and we did not. The guy, the one workman who was doing the sanding kept knocking the machine over, and left these gouge marks on the floor. In at least four places I have these little holes of about an eight of an inch, and quarter of an inch in diameter. The machine tipped over. Whether it was inexperience or carelessness, I was fascinated to watch. It was the first time I had ever seen it done, and I watched he preceding. When he began to seal it, I asked him if it was oil based. He said, no it was water based. I do think it would be an issue. The work they did. It was within one week. They helped only the big furniture, and we had to move everything else. I think it was unacceptable. In one week there was patches where my husband sat, just sitting. The polished had worn off, and you could see the old wood again. The polish and stain had came off. God knows what they used. The breakfast table where we sat at. Its not like we run on the spot, or use a lot. Its from wear. Within one week of having it done. We called him back, and with his insistent we had to move all the furniture back into the basement, and he redid it. It didn't last long. I was so disgusted with the service. A despicable little man. If you are not going to take ownership of bad services, you don't deserve to have any place. I could have done an review, but I just didn't. I would give them the lowest rating ever. Its ruined my floors, and I had beautiful floors. The absolute worst grade. Absolutely not.

Professional, job was equivalent to polishing hospital floors on hardwood. Disappointed, especially when you know what the finished job should look like.

They were easy to deal with. I was not completely satisfied with the job. I thought it was a little pricey.

They crew was very professional and did a good staining and matching areas that were uneven giving the room a fresh nice look. We had old wobbly pine floors with lots of stains and were unwilling to have them sanded down and found this to be a cost-effective solution without all the dust and hastle of sanding. Some stains did not come out but were deep and may not have come out with the sanding and we weren't willing to invest in replacing the wood. The overall outcome is pleasant and minimized the imperfections and gives the house a fresh look, exactly what we wanted.

We are very pleased with the service. I was initially skeptical that such good results were possible without sanding our floors, and I was also a bit nervous because there was nothing on the Atlanta Angie's List and similar online resources about them because they are new to our area. However, I saw on the Mr. Sandless website that their clients included high profile businesses, and I found their local representatives (Bob, Sandy, and Ralph) to be friendly and professional, so I was willing to give this company a chance. I'm happy to report that Mr. Sandless was able to make our hardwood floors look great. There was a lot of wear and light scratching under our kitchen table where the chair legs had been rubbing on the hardwood floors. Ralph was able to stain and refinish this area so that it looked brand new again. Since their process is sandless and does not actually remove any wood, they cannot get rid of deep scratches, gouges, or dents in the wood, and they told me that up front. Their process does make many minor imperfections less noticeable, though, and it was extremely reasonably priced. There was no dust, no fumes, and no objectionable odor with Mr. Sandless's process. It really did take only 1 day, and we were really able to walk on the floor that same day as advertised. I was so pleased with how easy it was to do this refinishing work even though we have small children. There was no need to vacate the home for days, there were no toxic chemicals being used, and the odor was actually pleasant and citrusy. Finally, I was very happy with their customer service. They are very committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
