If I could give them negative stars, I would. Here is the list of their failings. 1 . The quote they gave for a part for my Bosh washing machine to my insurance was $200 over the price the Bosch website was selling it as. 2. They sent a technician to my house three times who had no clue what needed to be done and left three times without fixing the machine. 3. The fourth time they sent a person, they called an expert who failed to fix the machine completely. 4. They didn't answer my complaint when I complained to them. Now, I am left with a broken washing machine after paying $1000. I would never, ever, recommend this company. In fact, I recommend you avoid them like the plague.

Consumers beware. I rendered services for my washing machine, tech completed installation of part advised was needed to resolve issues I was having with machine. Lo and behold just 2 weeks after repair my washing machine is experiencing the exact same issue/concern. I reached back out to Nr Appliance and have yet to receive any response. Very unprofessional, don't waste your money.

We've had the same technician (Brian) to our home multiple times over the past few years to fix various problems with our appliances. He always does an exceptional job, and importantly, we can trust him to give us an honest (and cost effective) assessment of what's going wrong. The office and scheduling is very responsive and friendly as well.

Suggested whether it is worth of repairing or purchasing a new one . He said the repair will cost 900 dollars instead buy a new one that has less load on compressor ... Like having less gadgets on the freeze .. More the gadgets less life time .. So I went and purchased a new one that has 2 compressors which will have less load on each ..I would hire him again.. because he does not say the cost until he sees and is it worth to repair or not.

The technician was very professional and on-time. However, the diagnostic fee was never discussed prior, and the work to fix the refrigerator was $600. When I made the appointment, this fee was never broached. Upon turning down the work, he then told me about the $89 diagnostic fee. I would not use this company again, as their business model is not very transparent.

They were here in early February and took everything apart as the micro. was in a cabinet above my oven. It needed some new computer part that was extremely costly so I never had it fixed. It was a lot cheaper to buy a new microwave!! He put everything back as was so at least the area would look nice until I got a new one!

Wonderful. One of the refrigerators was particularly a problem and required multiple parts and visits. It seems expensive, but not remotely as expensive as replacing them. (Built in appliances are $$$$) Ariel was tenacious in fixing the U-Line that wouldn't quit dying... LOL

It went great. I have to pay $130 more. They had to order the part and we were told it would be a couple of days and we never heard from them. Finally, my husband had to call and it probably took 5-7 days for them to get the part and out here. Everything else is fine.

It is now August 11. I have called Mr Appliance 2 times to find out what is happening twitch the part that needed to be ordered. The phone operator took my information both times and said she would call me back. As of this date, I have not heard from Mr. appliance or anyone else and my $3000.00 refrigerator is still broken!
