They were better in the beginning than they are now.

It has been generally good.

Went well going on but like most of these landscapers they sell you and then disappear. I have a written contract that if any trees die I get replacement for 1 year.  I have made Joe aware we have an issue.  Sent pictures multiple times as he conveniently seems to not find them on phone even when text. He rarely responds to me and if and when he does he says he will come out. He never does and avoids my texts or calls.  I even sent him his contract. He is full of shot and not trustworthy. He will sound great and ethical not the phone but will not deliver.

Honestly they were in and out in no time. They did an absolutely wonderful job and have transformed my back yard into an extraordinary living space.
People who came over for the holidays when we hosted a neighborhood party were amazed by how awesome it looks.

Initially they did a good job especially with the tree trimming and mulch work (this was billed separate at a cost of $800.00). The monthly yard and lawn bill was $205.00. As each month progressed we noticed a real decline in the level of service. Time spent on the property became shorter and shorter, so we began to time how long they spent. At its worst they were timed at 6 minutes! There were 3 - 4 guys each week on his team who worked their way through properties on our sub-division. We had to call Joe when the guy who turned up to do the lawn fertilizer only worked on the front and neglected to go to the rear of the house. He did apologize and have him come back, but we were concerned at the lack of care. Throughout the 12 months that we used them our lawns started to look worse, even more annoying as we received a letter each month with the invoice from Joe telling all his customers and quot;How great their lawns were looking!and quot; Well not ours. I had to call one week when the team turned up and cut the lawn straight after two days of very heavy rain and left huge muddy tracks through it. Joe's attitude when I telephoned was the lawn was fine..he had not even seen it..he did send someone round and he agreed that it was a mess and that they probably should not have cut it that day. Would have much preferred them to have left the cutting completely that week rather than turn up and damage the lawn in the process. We also had to speak with them after our neighbor found that they had cut through her invisible fence. Even more embarrassing when they did the exact same thing the following week. After 12 months in the property our lawn looked worse than when we had moved in. Have now cancelled them altogether. We now have someone who speaks to us each week and is working WITH US to improve the yard both front and rear. In our experience, Joe's team were careless and had a and quot;hit and run mentalityand quot; , they did the least amount in the shortest time. Would definitely not recommend them.

I saw a Joe's truck in our sub-division. We were looking for someone new so I called and asked them to come out and give us an estimate. They use rotary mowers and tend to the yard 12 months out of the year. This was the main selling point. This keeps the grass much nicer and also keeps the yard clean all year.

Started with a design and moved right into installation of a very large paver patio (replaced an existing deck), another paver patio adjacent to my home and large steps leading up a hill into the backyard. Also, they work with a top notch irrigation company which did my full yard with a state of art system that I am very happy with.

Joe is very easy to work with, his designer is exceptional and his ability to tailor the work to meet your needs is great.

I would definitely recomend and use in the future.

I liked that they did a complete job. I didn’t like the tiny thing that they took a little longer to complete the job what I would have wanted. They didn’t say anything, but I was under the impression that it would be 3 days. It was 3 days, but it wasn’t 3 days in a row. I liked that owner listened to what I have to say and what I wanted. He really did a very good job.
