I've reviewed Mist before and have had excellent results every time. This is the 4th time we've used them and we'll have them back again. They do exactly what they said they'll do. Their powerful equipment means low drying time. When we had our carpet replaced by Costco, the Costco Rep with over 30 years in the carpet business recommended that we use a private owner for carpet care. He explained that an owner who plans to stay in business for the long term is far more likely to do a good job at a fair price than a franchise with hired labor who bait you in with a coupon and then upcharge you after they get there. Finding Mist allowed me to follow his recommendation.
Their price is fair for the work they do. There is no bait and switch so what they quote is what you pay.
They were very polite and on time. The estimate was exact and they didn't try to trick me in adding on more stuff and trying to increase the price of the job. I have had problems with other companies tricking me into paying for more and more stuff and Mist didn't do that. I appreciated their honesty. I will only use them from now on!
