McBroom Heating & Air Conditioning Services

Houston McBroom has been our HVAC service provider for 7 years. We've had him come out twice a year for scheduled maintenance, plus the occasional appointment if something isn't working properly. Without exception, we've been pleased with every service. He is extremely professional, polite and honest. Houston explains everything, and if possible gives a couple of options as a solution.
Both of our heating and air systems (upstairs and downstairs) are original to the house built in 1995, so they're 19 years old. We're now having issues with coolant leaks and the fix-it cost is a huge percentage of what a replacement unit will cost. 
Houston has given us estimates on several different options to replace the HVAC systems, complete with model numbers, as well as his experience with the different models.  I haven't contacted any other providers to compare prices because I trust that Houston is not only giving us a very fair price on the parts, but also know that he'll install everything properly and stand behind his work.
Over the years, I've recommended Houston McBroom to several friends and neighbors. Now they're loyal clients, too.
McBroom Heating and Air isn't a huge company with lots of sub-contractors. When you make an appointment, you talk to Heather, his sweet wife, and Houston is the one who will show up to help you. 
They're not the biggest; just the best.
