Mattress Firm

I went to this store to purchase a mattress and asked if they delivered to Virginia. I spoke with Brandon who said he would contact me but I ended up speaking with Rich. He told me my mattress would be delivered within 7-10 business days. I purchased the mattress on the 27th of March and they had the 2nd of April as the delivery date. They told me they were going to drive it up from Atlanta on the 2nd and on the 5th I received a phone call from Rich it would be an additional 7-10 days. On the 14th I still did not receive my mattress so I called corporate and they told me they emailed billing department and the turn around was 7-10 business days. I was refunded for the mattress but not the mattress pad which I have no use for since I don't have a mattress after dealing with them for well over a month.  They never delivered the product and they consistently dropped the ball.
