Masterpiece Doors and Shutters

I absolutely love them. They don't install doors, they helped me design, made and shipped my door to me. They have a lot of different designs, and they have a lot of metal doors now with pretty floral work. I wanted something like that, but I didn't want the weight, and I didn't want something that would rust. So they made a door for me out of composite. It had the same look, but it won't rust, it is heavy, but it is not as heavy as the metal doors, and it is insulated. They have a lot of options on their website, but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, so I sent them a picture of what I wanted, and matched it for me. I have never found anything exactly like it.

Since they hung the door there is condensation in the window. They will not do anything about it. There were scratches on the door that they are refusing to acknowledge. I am not satisfied with their answers. They are supposedly a reputable company. This was a very expensive door. I would not recommend them and I would not use them again.
