TERRIBLE - AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I had the misfortune of finding this company through Costco's flooring program. They used the absolute worst subcontractors to install our carpet. They showed up at our house nearly 4 hours late, rushed through the job so they could go home, and did the single worst carpet installation I have ever seen.
They didn't just install carpet, they left a trail of destruction behind them. They left huge holes in our walls that had to be professionally repaired, cut our baseboards with their knives in about 50 different places, and were so violent when removing the old carpet that they knocked our floorboards loose, got carpet glue on our door casings, and spilled carpet glue on our pavement.
And the icing on the cake was that they did a horrible job installing the carpet. The carpet was not pulled taut, but was loose and floppy. They didn't tuck the edges under the baseboards. There were several majorly visible seams. The carpet on the stairs was an absolute mess. There were bubbles and ripples throughout the house. They left sharp edges where you can feel the tack strips poking you when you step on them.
Let's just say that when I saw the carpet for the first time, I cried.
If you need new carpet, look elsewhere!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON PUTTING IN THE FLOORING BUT THEY DID NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AND THEY WEREN'T VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK FOR ME IN MY HOUSE.

THEIR PRICE AND QUALITY WAS THE BEST OF THE 3 BIDS I HAD. THE NEW CARPET WAS GREAT. IT STARTED TO GET LUMPS IN IT AFTER 6 MONTHS. THEY FIXED IT. AFTER A YEAR, IT LOOKED TERRIBLE. THEY SENT A CARPET EXPERT WHO FOUND THE CARPET HAD DELAMINATED. THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY HAD ME SELECT A NEW CARPET. THEY INSTALLED IT AS SOON AS IT ARRIVED FROM THE FACTORY. I WAS NOT CHARGED. THEY ARE SO BUSY, IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET HOLD OF A PERSON TO SPEAK TO.

HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST. THEY ARE QUICK AND DON'T TRY TO PRESSURE YOU INTO UPGRADING.
