MARTECH COMPUTERS

Mr. Marshat proceded to build  a new computer for me . Because my step-son had mentioned that a new computer could be bought for about $800.00, i was prepared  ! But , Mr. Marshat gave me a figure which was both reasonable and affordable. He is meticulous in his trouble-shooting of an existing computer, and in the process of building a new one. A virus program was installed, and he explained everything in detail to me. Being an "electronically challenged person", i had to call Mr. Marshat after installation of my computer ; he was patient and kind, walking me through whatever i needed to know. i will always call upon Mr. Marshat for any problems or questions in the future . He is more knowledgeable than anyone with whom i have dealt , and he is extremely patient with his client (especially a novice) !

Had a very deep virus/spyware prob in my home computer, called Martech and they rtnd my call within a hour or two. They sent someone out that day and cleaned my computer and offered to install some addntl memory as I have a older computer. The next day my prob was back (later in the day). The owner came to my house at 7:30 at nite and picked up my computer, took it in and rtnd it the next day (no addtnl chrg). It now works better than ever. Cant say enough about the service I rcvd...all the way around just a great company to deal with. I would rcmnd them to anyone!

This is not the only job Martech did for me. They have actually built me a computer as well. This guy has a PhD in computers. He is great. This upgrade went fine and I did not have nay problems with it at all. I do not recall what he charges though. He has about 7 or 8 people working for him. He is very competent as far as computers. I have a problem with my email now so I will be calling him again. He mostly does house calls, but, you can take it to him if you would like. He also does more business work than residential, but he will do it.

THE OWNER, MARVIN, ANSWERED THE PHONE DIRECTLY (NO VOICE MAIL), SCHEDULED ME PROMPTLY, HAD THE COMPUTER DONE WHEN PROMISED, AND TOOK THE TIME NECESSARY TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. AND HE DID THIS ALL ON A WEEKEND.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE TURNAROUND TIME WAS EXCELLENT. I GOT IT BACK WITHIN A DAY.

THEY SERVICED THE COMPUTER IMMEDIATELY. THEY ALSO TAUGHT ME HOW TO BACK-UP MY FILES ON A DISC.
