They take about 3 hours.  They are very thorough and meticulous.

I have used this company several times now with different outcomes.  Today, they could not find my house (again) because the housekeepers had changed (again).  With a detailed cleaning in the past, for $160, they did not clean the bathtub or mop the bathroom floor.  It looked neat, but on closer inspection, it was dusty and untouched.  I am finally frustrated enough to find a different service.  They are usually late, too, which is unnerving because I plan my day around them being there.  Also, there is nobody there right now to take my call and the person who is lost can barely speak English.

My experience with them was not good. When they company changed owners I think several of their housekeepers left. I received emails from the owners that if we used any of these housekeepers on an independent arrangement that they would sue them. I told them that I was not using the housekeeper. I didn't want to use their services anymore because I didn't appreciate the threat of a lawsuit.

We were disappointed in the attitude of one of the cleaning staff. She obviously did not agree with the pricing arrangements we had set. As a result, she completed the job as quickly as possible skipping some of the agreed upon work such as ceiling fans and cabinet fronts.

The website was great. I just filled in the questions and got a quote over the e-mail. The price was very competitive. The owner of the company was very friendly and the crew that he sent out was excellent. They arrived on time and finished in 4 hours. Everything look great when they were done. They even reorganized my refrigerator. The owner called the same day to see how everything went. I definitely would use them again.
