The sales people were helpful and courteous. They also informed me of sales and promotions available with the new products. I especially appreciated the variety of linens to chose from.

I trusted Macy’s, especially since I bought a top of the line mattress, a Sterns and Foster. The Macy's workers are bound by the policy’s of Sterns and Foster and Macy’s. They have no flexibility whatsoever to provide good customer service.

The salesperson was hurried, made a mistake in my order which I found and had to go to the store to resolve. (He didn't order the number of pieces I requested.) I had to wait much longer than promised. On the delivery day, they cancelled at the last minute, the next available date for delivery being over a week later. This, AFTER, I had already waited an inordinate amount of time.
