Water Heater Service
The service person charged us for the extra piping to install the water heater. When I purchased the water heater they told me every thing would be included. The work was done ok. water heater works properly and they took the old one away.

Lowe's delivered the windows two days before the install date.
Install went extremely well! I was a bit nervous but these guys did a fabulous job and even spotted a flaw in one of the windows and contacted Lowe's for me for a replacement.
You would never know my windows were replaced, they took their time and cleaned up after the job was done.
I would recommend going to Lowe's to order windows if I were asked.

I received estimated from a few vendors. They offered me a fair price with a great understanding so I hired them for the job. It went very well. The company who installed the unit was CoolRay. The installers were great and very nice.

They did a great job. We had a few trim issues and they were very good about coming out and fixing it. Their customer service was excellent. Their price was great too. It was much better than that of any of the other providers.

I have bought several appliances from them, and I have found that the services offered by them are better than what most others provide, and their prices are always very competitive. Their people are punctual and on time, and the sales personnel are very knowledgeable and good. They have a good delivery system and they will deliver anything the very next day. They gave me enough time after taking out the old machine for me to clean up.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BEFORE 9AM ON THE DAY THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER. I ACTUALLY CALLED THEM (TWICE). THEY SAID THEY'D BE OUT BETWEEN 1 AND 3 BUT DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 4:30-5:00. THE SALESMAN KNEW HIS PRODUCT, AND THE INSTALLERS DID OKAY BESIDES IT NOT BEING QUITE LEVEL. THERE WAS A RATTLING WITH THE WASHER AND I CALLED THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD US THE UNITS. HE WAS OUT WITHIN AN HOUR TO FIX THAT PROBLEM.
