ONE-STOP SHOP; ALL SAMPLES TILE, CARPET, FINISHES & PAINT ARE IN THEIR OFFICE OR YOU CAN SHOP ON YOUR OWN. THIS IS A TURN-KEY, CLASS OPERATION. THEY INSTALL THEIR OWN LOCKS IN THE BASEMENT SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO LET A SUB-CONTRACTOR IN. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY SAID & KEPT THE PRICE AT THE ESTIMATE. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYDAY & PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
Description of Work: FINISHED OFF 1800 SQUARE FOOT BASEMENT INCLUDING BAR AREA, EXERCISE ROOM, MEDIA ROOM, GAME ROOM & BATHROOM. THEY HAD TO RE-ROUTE ALL HEATING & AIR DUCTS AND INSTALL A SEPARATE UNIT. ALSO INSTALLED A STONE FIREPLACE, CUSTOM CABINETS & BAR.

GAVE US A COMPUTER PRINT-OUT OF THE FINISHED LOOK OF AREA. LOCKED BASEMENT AREA OFF FROM UPSTAIRS. WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
