Legacy Construction is a quality operation. They hire great subcontractors and produce a great product. Some of the work was performed by both Bob and Andrew as well. They stuck to carpentry and odd jobs like painting.
The deck included black tubular spindles that Bob suggested. They look great. Our friends have all complimented us on them. They have also commented on the obvious quality of the work. The deck included two landings, one large stair case and two small ones. An additional deck, which was already there, received a new top as part of the this project, and all the of the rails were replaced.
The bathroom turned out beautifully. We got a little nervous with all the decisions we had to make with the design, colors, tile, etc. We didn't necessarily stick to the suggestions from Bob and Andrew, but that was okay. They were trying to help us. Our shower was custom built of tile with a 3/8" glass door and sides above the knee wall. It is awesome. Pretty and functional. We had a custom built medicine cabinet added to the scope to match the custom built vanity. They are both beautiful, I am glad we did it. Bob met me at a place to pick out the counter top from remnants to minimize the cost of that. This bathroom required the installation of a sump pump. It works seamlessly and is whisper quiet. Some of the duct work for our HVAC had to be moved out of the way, and Andrew handled that.
All of the workers were courteous, respectful and friendly. They cleaned up frequently, and tried to make sure lights were turned off and doors were closed properly when they left the jobs. We had a few delays here and there because of other projects, but we never pushed to get the work done as fast as possible.
I would recommend these guys for any jobs, particularly bathroom jobs, but they are handy with hammers too.
"I want to explain what happened with this member. When (member name removed) asked me for a quote my company work schedule was several months out for accepting new jobs. I did not want to be misleading by telling her I could handle her project and then not be able to devote the time required to maintain my standards and timetable for her and my other projects. Furthermore, taking on more work at that time would have compromised both she and my current projects and customers. Therefore I gave her a name of another company that she could contact if she wanted to. At that point in time, I had done all I could for her. I really am sorry she gave me a bad review as I was honest with her."
Legacy Residential worked with my vision for the bathroom and even looked at my inspiration board on pinterest. They asked for my input on everything. It was very customized and tailored to my needs, taste, and budget. They have great contacts and even took me to a cabinet manufacturer to design my vanities with the designer there! I also got to go to the granite provider and pick out my slab for countertops. It was wonderful to be so hands on with the design process. They were courteous and cleaned up at the end of every workday so that we could see the progress. Everything is done perfectly and they didn't cut corners which shows in the work they did! The result? My husband and I have a gorgeous spa bathroom retreat with custom touches and we love it!!
