They charge me every visit. They come out and they do what they’re supposed to do. My yard is not doing as good as I would like it to do so I don’t know if that’s them. It could be the fact that the trees are giving shade or anything, so I can’t necessarily blame them. I would imagine the price to be pretty much the same with others. There is no scheduled appointment, they just show up and do their thing. They always seem to be professional.

Very interesting process that seems to work better than aeration. They left a few tire tracks on lawn and came back with no hassle and corrected it.

Excellent. They arrived for the estimate within an hour of calling them and serviced the lawn the next day. Highly recommended.

I was notified by a very nasty, terse letter today , highlighted in yellow marker from owner Gordon Lang - Sandy Spring, Dunwoody, Norcross and Duluth Lawn Doctor that I apparently did NOT use their particular LAWN DOCTOR, rated A on Angie's list. Instead, I had used Lawn Doctor of Lawrenceville GA. At least, I think the letter was from Gordon Lang, as the letter was not signed. To all who read my erroneous comment re: Lawn Doctor: I sincerely apologize for the mistake I made in reporting the wrong LAWN DOCTOR to Angie's List. Today, I was instructed (again in yellow highlighter) in the letter from LAWN DOCTOR Sandy Spring, Dunwoody, Norcross and Duluth that I am to "call Ewald Alstadt and explain my concerns"; additionally that I "need to contact the franchisor. Gordon Lang owner..." Perhaps this franchise has exceptional lawn care, but I must say that a letter explaining my mistake and ASKING that I correct it through Angie's List would have been much more polite. Never tell me to call someone, or that I need to call someone and explain myself. Who do you think you are??? I am looking for a new lawn care specialist company. Because of the letter I received today, Lawn Doctor will not be my choice, as it easily COULD HAVE BEEN with a nice letter to me! Clearly, I am loyal enough to give a company 4 years to perform it's service correctly!

Gordon is a gentleman, responding to questions/concerns quickly, thoroughly and in terms the layman can understand. He does what he says he is going to do. It was quite refreshing to deal with someone of his caliber. Our lawn never looked better than when Gordon was at the helm! We recommend Gordon and his team most highly and without reserve! If we hadn't moved, we'd still be using his services!!

They are timely and keep my lawn weed free and looking great. The cost is equal to me doing the lawn myself. I have had them spray my lawn for 12 years now. If I see a weed, they will come back and spot treat at no additional charge. They respond to my calls within a few days.

So far I m very happy with the work these guys have done fertilizing my lawn. They re always on time and they re very friendly and polite. I have recommended this company to other people because I feel they re a serious company that knows what they re doing.

THEY FERTILIZE, CONTROL WEEDS & DO CORE AERATION. ALL THE SERVICES ARE PERFORMED AS REQUIRED WITH CONSTANT ATTENTION TO OVERALL HEALTH & WHAT APPLICATIONS MAY BE NEEDED DUE TO CURRENT CONDITIONS.

MIKE AND GORDON WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT, AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST.
