I was having issues in our new home. I called & explained what was wrong and constantly going on. They said they were really booked up. But they could send out a supervisor & electrician to fix our problems on the immediate Saturday . It turns out we didn't have enough power available to the garage & outdoor areas of our home. So they added in a switch/fuse thing to the panel box & 2 outlets for our garage area.Now my freezer will stay on & our direct TV. & internet will be connected & I can even decorate our home for Christmas now. I absolutely loved Matt & Mike. They were so professional & reliable & completely came & got busy to get done what needed to be done. I will always use this company now.
