My primary issue pertains to their total lack of responsiveness and disregard for scheduling. When we first signed up, they sent us a schedule indicating dates and times, beginning in February and extending through to July. The first two sessions there were no issues, but for the third session they simply did not show up. When we reached out to them, they had a legitimate excuse (they experienced substantial flooding due to the storms we'd recently had) and offered to add the missed session as an additional (13th) session in July; which we thought was fine. The following two sessions (sessions 4 & 5), despite stating in the schedule that they would arrive at 9:30am and 1pm, respectively, on both days they arrived by 8:30am. Not only were we not expecting them so early, they were completely unapologetic about the inconvenience they caused. We contacted them to clarify what time we should expect them going forward and were given the option of 8:30am or 10am; we chose 10am. However, they totally blew off the following two sessions (sessions 6 & 7) without any explanation or warning. We have tried repeatedly to contact them, via phone and email, and have received no response at all. For those counting, we should have had seven sessions to date; Lady & A Hunk only showed up for four so far.... 4/7, barely 50% of what we were expecting and what we paid for.
