Description of Work: Examined Problem, Submitted quote via email (no pressure), Explained in detail by phone the procedures that would be performed and the reason why. Showed up as committed and performed efficiently, completely and correctly plus additional items that had not been charged, i.e. repaired edge of roof when tree had caused damage and then removed the tree branches that encroached the house. This is not part of a rodent ridding problem, but they did it without charge. Fancy that, old school service in the 21 century. Lifetime guarantee, of course I'm 73 years old and then they mentioned transferable. It don't get any better that this company.
