This guy is a total con man, you don?t do great people wrong.

Performed terrible work, my pain is uneven, rain water collects in puddles, he poured cement on the side flower bed and denied it, very rough surface. Maritrey Quintero only wants cash, wonâ t give a receipt, over quoted me for the number of workers and hours he needed for the job. So JUST labour alone was around $250an hr for 1 man since he didnâ t do much! Picked supplies for me that I paid for directly to the store, he didnâ t disclose that he charged extra supplies and a piece of equipment as well, till I demanded my receipt. (My project didnâ t need that much cement as he got). Didnâ t bring cleaning supplies, I was asked for those. When called to fix the terrible work, he was rude, denied the company advertised was his. Be warned he changes his company name a lot. Was also called JC Nava, JC Lanscaping and many more. Did not respond to BBB complain. Lied to me that he was registered with them. Oh I forgot to add, he started mixing cement and said he didnâ t like it and left for over an hr to go to HDepot . Surely, if you do this work for a living, you should know by now what cement you need???? My job was not done by him but the older worker he brought he just stood around mostly! His old website said he is an architect but he is not and all the company names heâ s changed just in the 1 year, none of them are registered with licensing board which architects need.
