Arrived on time, profession crew. I had 13 trees between property line and driveway, with several additional tree limbs of my neighbors trees overhanging the property line and driveway. Jorge and crew used a crane and several pieces of equipment to remove the trees, each one had to be craned down to ensure no damage to my house and the neighbors fence. They laid down plywood under the crane legs so not to damage driveway or leave indentations in my yard. They were on site 5-6 hours. All employees uniformed, communication was good and through clean up. First appointment to quote had to be rescheduled due to emergency call, was on time after rescheduling. We did not have the stumps ground, due to sprinkler system, outdoor lighting, and internet cabling running through the area. Jorge's team was very accommodating by cutting the stumps almost at ground level. I treated the stumps myself with stump remover. Very happy with the service.

We use JP Lawncare for everything related to our lawn: tree trimming and removal, planting etc. Jorge is very professional and does a great job. Very sad they are no longer doing mowing.

I was very pleased with the work. George came out to provide an estimate and arrived early. He was able to get his crew out on a Saturday as I wasn't available during the week. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled Saturday morning, and worked steadily through the day. They did a very nice job of cleaning up as they went. My only concern is that a week has passed and my stumps haven't yet been removed.

The work they did was amazing the yard looks like it had a makeover. The crew came in and got everything done in under 2 hours. The only downside was that they were late by about 3 hours, but I did tell the lady at the office that I would be home all day. I will be using this company for all my yard projects.

The owner was very nice, as well as the office person. They were prompt in returning my calls. My request to the owner was complete yard maintenance. I did not want to have to think about the yard at all. I hired them to come once a week. They were task to keep the yard looking tended, trim, cut, prune, weeding, etc. The first time the crew came and worked I was disappointed, but knew the yard was a mess so I waited till the next week to see. The second time I called the owner about the sloppy work, he came out and looked himself. He had his guys come right back out and redo the work that day. After the 4th visit, I called and cancelled the work. Again, the office person and the owner were nothing but polite to me. The work crew is good if you want just cutting, weed eating and blowing, machine work only. I am looking for workers with more knowledge and more personal work.

It's been two years now and still satisfied with the work, unusual for a lawn care company as I understand.

Gave the best price by far. Confirmed all appointments and always showed up on time. Cut down multiple trees and hauled away a large pile of branches I had accumulated at no cost and without being asked. The stump grinder showed up the following day and ground every stump in the yard, including ones that JP Tree did not cut down, again without being asked or charging anything extra. A great experience. I will recommend them to anyone and will use them again without question.

They did a very good job and their price was reasonable. They were punctual, courteous, and very efficient. The owner of the company checked on the crews work after they finished.

After hearing some horror stories about tree removal companies I decided eto get the name and number of of a tree removal specialist from our neighborhood landscaping company as they do such a good job in our community and I felt I would get an honest referral from them. Nate from Lawns by Hand highly recommended Jorge from J.P. Tree Service and said he has worked with them for many years. I called the company late on Thursday afternoon for an estimate as I was in need of have two 70ft trees in our back yard removed as they had died after being struck by lightening.
Jorge and quot;Georgeand quot; came out on Friday afternoon to assess the trees - as he was running about 15 minutes late, he had his office call me to make sure I was aware of that and that it would not be a problem for me. He ended up arriving almost right on time and was extremely professional, knowlegeable and very polite. We walked back to the trees in question and after he had looked over what needed to be done, we discussed the manner in which the trees would be cut down and removed. He gave me a quote of $450 to cut down, chop up, chip, remove and clean up. I felt this quote was very reasonable due to the location of the two trees, as well as the size of them. The one tree was so big and looked very dangerous to be up on top off while cutting it down in stages. We arranged for his crew to come back on Saturday morning.
Jorge arrived early with his crew of four - all of whom were also very polite, knowlegeable and professional. They wasted no time getting the chipper truck into position and went staright to work. Everyone had a task to perform in a very well coordinated job. The entire process from start to finish was completed in an hour and ten minutes. You would never know they had even been here, except for the missing trees, as they did such an excellent job of removing the dead wood and all the debris, including all the saw dust!
None of my other plants, trees or landscaping was damaged during the entire process. We were extremely impressed with the entire crew and most definately highly recommend their services.

I've used JP for about 3 years every other week. They've done a great job. Whenever I've asked for additional services (aerate) they've always been very affordable. A few times they showed up as we were about to begin a birthday party or BBQ and I asked if they could come the next weekend instead and they did without fussing.

In a word: Amazing. From the initial phone call to set up a time for an estimate, they were nothing but prompt and courteous. They came out to my house on Friday afternoon and gave an estimate onsite. They performed work the following Monday. I was incredibly impressed with the work. They delivered on everything they promised, yet I was still amazed with how great my yard looks. I'd absolutely use them again and would recommend their services.

They did a good job. The pricing was very good and they quality of their service was excellent; they brought good people out. They did things in a safe manner, they were careful not to tear down bushes, and they cleaned up after themselves. They came out the next day. You have to haggle with them on price, but I do that anyway. My neighbor and I had work done at the same time. They came out with the tools that they needed, they were dressed appropriately, and they were responsive about asking before they did things.

I had a nightmare service before and had JP Lawn service start in September. They were higher in price than the other service but I think it's true...you get what you pay for...because this service is awesome. After spending a summer fighting with the other company and them constantly getting it wrong the extra $40 a month to have everything done correctly and timely is so so so worth it! I will be using JP Lawn next summer!

Lawn service I had left me high and dry after 2-1/2 years of good service,(they did return the prepaid amount). Did not show up for a month after multiple promises. Called JP Lawn Service on a Thursday and made a appointment for the following day. They were there on time, appraised the job gave me the cost and a handshake agreement was made. Was told that Wednesday was the day they worked in my area but would clean up the yard before that. True to their word the next morning two people were in the yard and did exactly what they said they would. I am very satisfied ar this point.

Arrived early. Completed work as promised. Full crew. Very professional. Gentleman who provided estimate was there to assign duties per my request.

It was a lot of money and it seemed high but I didn't do a lot of shopping around for price. I would use them in the future.
