The home we purchased has a newly installed Liftmaster garage door opener, which stopped at various levels without explanation. Scott Nevetral of Image Doors answered his phone with my first call and came within 36 hours. The fix was stubborn and required a second visit, for which Scott did not charge, even though he did not install the door. He was prompt, pleasant, experienced and competent. The proper adjustments had not been made by the original installer. Scott also programmed the garage door button in our car at no extra charge. The door opener has now performed faultlessly.
