We initially had this contractor over to expand our deck in 2009. They were quick to do the work. Everything was cleaned up and looked like it had always been there.
We are in the middle of our basement finish and they have been amazing as they were before. Very prompt in responding to emails regarding work and questions. They have made great suggestions to alterations to our plans and making it work with our budget. The first electrical estimate was rejected by the contractor and they sought out new bids for the work seamlessly. They actually started the work 2 weeks ahead of schedule and have made amazing progress since. All of the subcontractors have been great. Will always use House Contracting for our large projects.
Father and son team and they are great - wonderful suggestions to the work and very straight forward about the pricing. Love that they are willing to work with you as to the extent of the work you want done, not pushing for you to do more than you can afford.
