+ -1 moreEven though arrangements had been made with the closing date in 11 days, such as purchasing another home, it was decided not to take the low ball offer and seek another real estate agency. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: home vestors agreed to buy my mother's house for $92,500 and 11 days before closing reduced the price agreed on to $75,000. Unfortunately this was still during the due diligence period. I believe this was their plan all along that it was so close to closing that we would just go along with the lower price since arrangements had been made with the June 12 closing date in mind.
