I paid seven hundred and fifty dollars toward the design service, and since I couldn't afford anything they wouldn't give me the seven hundred and fifty dollars back. They only deal with high end, high product. I wanted a simple flooring and laminate countertop but they won't deal with anything like that. Everything has to go through different contractors. Trying to get quotes is really difficult. It was very overwhelming dealing with so many different people.

Terrible. No customer service, no follow-up, and no knowledge. Worst experience I have ever had. Took over 2 months to complete.

The entire experience was a nightmare. We are still waiting to get some issues resolved. The work was supposed to take five weeks and it s taken five months. They caused raw sewage in our home and they damaged our appliances that they are finally going to pay for. We had to end up hiring someone else to complete the work.

I feel very disappointed with this company and the quality of the work done. The crew was not on time most of the days and whenever I tried calling the company it took forever for them to call me back. The tile has already started cracking. The price was extremely high for the quality of work done.

The most major difficulty with them was scheduling the sub contractors. Home Depot really does not do that for you. Unless of course, you spent enough money there. Buying the appliances was not enough to add to the policy, which was strange. I was not too happy with them. I did have some problems with some of the sub contractors they told me to call too. This is just not a one stop shop kind of place. The price was kind of reasonable. I am not going to say they were too bad, but I would not use them again because they really messed up our plans.

Put up plantation shutters. They did them quickly in a short time frame. I'm impressed with them. The guy was nice enough to take down my existing blinds at no charge.
