My salesperson, Ken Ippolito, was fabulous and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and took as much time with me as I required to choose the items I wanted. Delivery was set up quickly and I only had to wait about one week for my furniture to arrive. The delivery/set-up crew was exceptional, very friendly and CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. They thanked me profusely for my business as they left. I was very impressed with the entire experience from choosing items to enjoying my new furniture. High quality products, too.

Outstanding service, especially with Liem Phan. Courteous, friendly, and patient. When we located identical furniture at lower prices, Haverty's not only price matched, but awarded a $100 gift card as well. Overall superb experience.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SELECTION AVAILABLE AND WITH THE HELPFUL SALES WOMAN. SHE REALLY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND HELPED US FIND THE PERFECT TABLE. AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL OTHER STORES WE CAME BACK AND PURCHASED IT. THE TABLE CAME A MONTH LATER. UNFORTUNATELY THE LEAF HAD A FEW DINGS, WHICH MEANS THE WHOLE TABLE TOP HAD TO BE REPLACED. NO HASSLE AT ALL - THEY SENT OUT A TECH QUICKLY TO LOOK IT OVER, AND THEN PLACED THE ORDER FOR THE SWAP OUT. THE SECOND ONE HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS, SO NOW WE ARE WAITING FOR THE THIRD. THE SPEED IS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO MAKE US HAPPY. WITH SOME COMPANIES YOU WOULD HAVE TO ARGUE TO GET A NEW ITEM DELIVERED. HERE IT HAS BEEN STANDARD POLICY WITH NO HASSLES.
