I am very happy with Griffin Tree. I really liked the fact that Griffin Tree worked to ensure the safety of my property close to the tree to be removed and Griffin Tree employees. Cleanup was excellent.

They do a lot of work in my neighborhood. I don't know if they plant trees but they take down trees and trim trees. I was going to have him trim another one but he discovered it was dying so we decided to take it down but not right now. We love this guy. They will come back again and I highly recommend him. We have used a lot of tree people and he is by far our favorite. They are the most reasonable on price.

Forget whether I called or emailed for an estimate, but they were always quick to respond to either. Written estimate provided by email was competitive. Office called week before and day before to schedule/confirm day/time of work. Crew did a great job! Showed up right on time, did exactly what was expected, and cleaned everything up very nicely. Invoice came via email the next day and was exactly as expected. Would definitely use them again if we have a need.

I highly recommend Griffin Tree Services.

They were very prompt in coming to give the estimate. My job was small so they wanted to add it on to one of their regular days. I felt very comfortable with letting them come to complete the work without my supervision. They cleaned up everything. I am so pleased with their service that I intend for them to come back in the spring and cleanup the trees in the back yard.

They came out and removed some of our trees. We had a septic pipe broken after they had left from cutting our trees down. They had admitted that the staff has broke the pipe. They said they had spoke to a plumber and said that our septic pipes were old and that's why they broke. The company won't pay us to fix our broken pipe, they say they have insurance but we haven't seen a dime towards the repairs. We had to pay out $2500 of our own money to have this pipe fixed.

I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism on the first occasion. On the second occasion, they did remove the tree professionally, and perform professional yard cleanup; however, the trimming service performed was so atrocious and damaging to the trees and hedges -- and left such an unattractive appearance -- that I had to assume the individuals performing this work had never done so before. The original bill was for $600. Griffin Tree Service was kind enough to lower their price to $450 under the circumstances. Even so, The contrast between the services I received the first time, and the services I received the second time, make me hesitant to consider their services again. I might consider them again for tree removal and general yard cleaning; I would not consider them at all for services relating to landscaping, plant health, or yard appearance.

They did it really professional and really well. Their prices were very competitive. We have had trees taken down by other companies before but not doen better or for a better price.
