If I could, I would give them less then one star. I'm a retired vet and have done business throughout the country, and this business has to be by for the worse I've ever dealt with. They had my mower for almost two months to fix a cable and replace a belt and didn't accomplish either task. But charged me a $40 "diagnostic fee" which I didn't ask for or need. Then tried to charge me for the parts that they said were on backorder. I would recommend steering clear of this place if you value your time and money.

This company functions under numerous names Hwy 9, Grassland and Phoenix Mower Repair. However, they all share a common store front at 6730 Atlanta Hwy, Alpharetta, Ga. I contracted this company to replace a blade drive belt for a riding mower with pick up and delivery. The first time they delivered the mower the drive belt fell off when I asked the owner to display the part had been installed correctly. I asked him to take it back and install the correct belt properly since I had already paid for the service and since the company advertised a 60 day guarantee on service. To make a long story short this company refused to return my mower after they failed a second time to to correctly install the part. It took a hand delivered police report and 2 payments for a single service for this company to return my property. If you utilize this company please make a note of the serial number of your property before allowing them to take possession. It may be necessary to reclaim your property

"[Member Name Removed] was the most difficult customer we ever had. When we delivered her mower the first time I personally cut her grass to make sure it performed correctly. Her lawn is very hilly Wirh numerous roots throughout the property that shows signed of behind hit by lawnmower. Her belt must have hit something that bounced the belt off the spindle and shredded on the spindle guard. She was shown this and didn't have any comment. Sh also refused to pay for services that were performed and was told she needed to pay for new services , which she finally did and mower was immediately returned, tested and drove by myself to the location she wanted. Plus we only charged her half the normal return fee to satisfy her, which it looks like we didn't . We take pride in our work and with sales that have tripled over the past two years I guess we are doing something right. We service over 300 mowers and power equipment per month and have less then 1% returns. Hopefully that speaks for our work."

They over charged me and they did not repair the problem and I had to take it back several times. They guy was nice but I would not use them again. They are a little disorganized.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], We apologize for not getting back sooner, we pulled your records and which shows two invoices, one for a tune/up and replaced carburator, spark plug, oil. airfilter. The total invoice was for $148.10. The other invoice was for a pick up and delivery and tune-up. That charge came to $110.30. Both these charges seem fair, but obviously not satisfactory to you. I plan on reaching out today to see if I can resolve to your satisfaction. Once again we apologize. Bob Golub"
