Georgia Pressure & Steam Cleaning

Use this company yearly. Last year the company kept calling my cell phone trying to get me to pressure wash in April. They called almost every week. I finally told them that if they didn't stop calling I was going to a different company. They did as I asked. They know that I call in May yearly, and they respected my request to not call. They do sub-contract. When you make your appointment ask for Bernard. He's dependable, thorough, friendly, efficient.

Great job, timely and professional

Did not go well! This company has done good work for me during the past several years. This is the first time I have placed a negative review on this site . They hire outside contractors to do the jobs. While the worker was stripping the stain off the deck, I had to leave .. Mistake on my part. He did remove the stain but in the process destroyed 42 years of moss I had been taking care of .. About 1/3 of the area in front / beside the deck. Mistake I didn't tell him ,but he should have seen all the beautiful moss in front of the deck and have been more careful with the pressure washer.! There is a disclaimer at the bottom of their paperwork about the possibility of harming shrubs , flowers however. When pressure washing, he hit an outdoor outlet and the water caused electricity to go off and the entire electrical panel .It FRIED my electrical panel .. I had to replace it at a cost of over $2000! While pressure washing , the strength of the washer almost made a hole in one of the steps which I now have to replace for safety. Before the staining contractor came , I untied and pulled back an antique climbing rose that I had planted 2 yrs ago. The contractor was not careful and sprayed it although it was pulled back over the small garden I have. I did call Eddie and he did not make me pay the $260 for staining. Not ENOUGH stain was put on the deck as it had been stripped to bare wood. Told Eddie and Glenn about all the electrical panel,moss, and the stain. Was told someone would get back to me. They never did.  Think that is the main reason I will never contract with them again. Two visits, over $2500....  

 

We use them frequently. We're happy with their service. They're just good and honest people. They do a good job. They're very well-priced.

Took  2 hours to do the deck, and 1 hour on the house.   NO complications.

Keith arrived promptly and worked consistently through our extensive list.

He completed the work in three hours.  This was our second time in three

years to use them and, again, the level of work was outstanding!

We will be repainting the trim on our home in the next 2-3 months.

We will definitely request Keith to pressure clean the outside of our

home as prep for painting.



 

It went very well and I have used them several times before. They did a quick job at a reasonable price. They came out, did the job and left; it was perfect. The communication was very good and they were very available.

Prompt, professional, courteous.  The person at the call center was excellent.  VERY good communication. These guys are pro's . . 

Glen steamed the carpets.  He was polite, efficient and didn't charge more than the original quote.  Before steaming he vacuumed, placed protective plastic or foam under all my furniture and moved every piece that was feasible to move.  Excellent!  The carpet is beautiful.  I have already recommended him to all my neighbors. 
Moe pressure washed our exterior.  He was great.  He helped me move some heavy items off of my deck and took time to make sure all the cobwebs were gone. 

This was our second time using this company.  The first experience was outstanding, back in 2005. This time, after agreeing to what I felt was a very fair price, we set the date/time. The technician showed up two hours early, and I was not pleased!  He told me he'd failed to read the order which he then pulled out and read.  It clearly said the correct time.  I found him to be very nervous and unsettled in his behavior, yet he was accommodating and offered to leave and return.  After finally agreeing to have the job done early, he then informed me he could not use his equipment with our outdoor faucet.  He was aware of another faucet but never tried it.  Ultimately, he left.  I called the office, and Eddie did everything he could to help.  While I had to wait until the end of the day, another technician arrived.  He was a great guy but exhausted from already doing two jobs.  In order to get the job done, the supervisor of the technicians also came to help.  Their equipment worked with both our outdoor faucets so they could work in tandem.  The job was completed at approximately 7:45 p.m.  We did find it to be muddy and dirty all over the back stepping stone path where no work was to be performed.  I had to hose and clean all of that, and my husband spent the next day replacing a lot of stones.  I also had a big job, cleaning the dirt from all the stonework around the pool.  While I think this is overall a good company,   the guys were tired and trying to get done and leave.  The hose was not reconnected to the faucet, and it's important to leave things the way they're found.  Eddie called me the next day to be sure the job had been done, but I hadn't yet inspected things because it got dark soon after the guys left.  I have to stress that everyone is very nice, and they want to please the customer.  I just feel things should have been left a bit better as we shouldn't have had to do any follow-up work.

Georgia Pressure and Steam was the first of 3 to respond to my request for a bid. Kevin was a total professional and very conscientious of his work. Great job at a reasonable price. Some of the other companies I contacted didn't seem overly eager to come to where I live and bid higher.

This is our 3rd time, using them about every 2 years.  Very punctual, and the phone estimate based on "number of cars parked" in the driveway was spot on.  Technician did not leave until the job was complete to his satisfaction.  Would recommend them again and will use in another 2-3 years.

Kevin and Chris performed the pressure washing on my home.  They were punctual, professional, and they did a great job.  I recommend and will use their service again.  Great Job!

We have used Georgia Pressure & Steam Cleaning Company before. We have had a good experience with them. The technician that came out this time particularly did an outstanding job. We would use them again in the future.

Glenn was wonderful. He was very professional and pleasant. My house looks spectacular.

Their positive qualities were being punctual, polite and completing quality work. On previous occasions, I have used their services to pressure wash my driveway and steps. I received a 20% discount as I had received a coupon in a local advertisement paper.

They came out and did the job very efficiently.

There was some other damage done throughout the job because the pressure washing was too aggressive. The glazing on the windows is falling off as a result as well.

The technician was very professional, polite and careful. He carefully explained his procedure, inspected the work area, and noted existing problem areas for me. It was a first and great experience. Before the work was done, we were considering having the house re-sided. The pressure wash was so effective we won't have to bear a re-siding expense. We'll intend to call them again in two years.
