GEORGIA HOT TUBS

Very poorly. I would not recommend Georgia Hot Tubs to anyone. Dave Sheets never returned a single phone call. I was only able to talk with him if I caught him at a time when he would answer his phone. I found Georgia Hottubs through the internet. They received payment for the initial visit and Dave promised to order the part. After several weeks I tried to contact him to get a status. After several phone calls he answered the phone and told me the part had just come in and he would call me that evening with the price and to schedule the install. He never called me and stopped answering the phone when I called. I got a rep from internet company involved to get a resolution. He told them that the part had not yet arrived and he had full intention of calling me when it was in. After several weeks of getting nowhere with Dave Sheets he eventually stopped answering the phone when the other company called also.
