Michael was my angel; he saved me when another contractor left my property on temporary support beams, no walls, no flooring and then walked off the job! Michael Roper was honest, patient, and clear on what and how he would accomplish the project. Michael's scheduled his men in a timely manner and Michael's men were polite and worked until the job was complete. I Highly recommend Michael Roper and Georgia Home Builder And Remodeler Inc.

If I were to write all the reasons why Michael and GA Home Builders is amazing, this review would be a short novel. My husband and I had structural issues with our 3 story town home. We got 5 quotes from very reputable companies and off the bat, Michael was different than the others. He came over the same day I called him for him to look at the issues. He was the only contractor that didn't want to add on additional things and said he would save our flooring and ceilings if possible when doing the structural repairs. All the other contractors wanted to tear up our flooring and carpet and install new ones. Any major changes to your home is so stressful and finding an honest, trustworthy contractor is even harder. At the end of the day no matter what you're getting done to your home, you want a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding, and will communicate with you every step of the way and Michael does that. Our home is now structurally sound, we have a brand new gorgeous fireplace that we literally sent one picture and a description of what we wanted and he nailed it. I will always contact Michael for any remodeling/home repair needs. He goes above and beyond, has an eye for design and knows this industry like no other. I learned so much from him. Michael is amazing and the best, kindest contractor you'll ever meet. He wants to make his customers happy and will do what it takes. Thank you Michael for what feels like a new home! If you need anything done to your home, give him a call. You'll want to get many estimates and Michael should definitely be one of them.

Great contractor to work with! We recently had a delivery driver drive their vehicle through our garage door causing structural damages to our home. Contacted Michael Roper for assistance and he and his guys were onsite within 24 hours to inspect the damages and develop a repair plan. We experienced difficultly with the driver's insurance and Michael was there for assistance in that department as well. Very professional group to work with and their communications are excellent. Michael was very easy to work with and flexible with our schedule. Job was quoted and time frame for repair was given. Michael and his team delivered as promised! Did not even hesitate to accept a few additional requests that were made for improvements to preexisting issues. Michael and his team performed the entire scope of work and then some meeting the repair schedule that was given and did not go a dime over the estimate quote. Choosing to work with Michael and his team was a great decision, they met and exceeded all my expectations. Michael was not satisfied with calling the job complete until he met with my wife and myself to ensure we were happy with the completed project. I highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for a professional group of contractors and labors to perform work on there home.
