I contacted GTP to determine a water leak thought to be an irrigation leak by my landscaper. The initial evaluation made by GTP was determined to be a broken water line. I called a previous plumber but was skeptical when they decided to use a divining rod to locate the house water service. I recognize the potential merit to the use of a divining rod in the 19th century however both companies arrived at the same conclusion. I requested a quote and was met at my house by a crew member who was very polite and punctual however the crew working under George the owner I was to learn we’re very inexperienced. I asked if they were going to call for a utility locator which they felt was unnecessary. I pointed out the white flags in my lawn installed were by my divining rod plumbers. I accepted the quote of $600-$800 and the crew arrived on time at 8:30. Within the hour they ruptured the gas line to my house. George the owner showed after the fire department was dispatched and AGL arrived to repair the gas line. GTP never repaired the water leak. While we waited for AGL to make the repairs I asked George if his crew had isolated the irrigation from the water meter since they both were operating on the same meter. (Fulton quit is issuing irrigation permits over 10 years ago. Once I isolated the irrigation the Water line leak disappeared. Problem Solved! I was charged $95 to diagnose and $400 for to GTP dig a hole and fill it in. I called George to ask what service did I receive for $495? George’s response was we were there for 4 hours. So was I and I didn’t get paid but GTP did. The conclusion is GTP failed to diagnose the problem then created their own problems and charged the customer for their mistake to pay for the fine they will receive from AGL for their mistakes. So you decide what did I receive for $495?

Unbelievable service. George found the problem that was well hidden underground, without knowing exactly what he was looking for. Upon finding that location he also found a second leak in another section of the yard. He worked tirelessly until it was complete and explained everything along the way. I am beyond please with his service and professionalism. Will be recommending him to everyone.

George answered the call on the first ring. I told him what I needed and we agreed on a date. He came and reinstalled plumbing fixtures in 3 baths and the kitchen. He showed up as planned, did all of the work perfectly, and even did a check on all plumbing. Thanks George!

He did a great job. I thought his price was rather high though. I was kind of surprised with the price. I thought it was a bit pricey. I was pleased with the job. I did have an issue after he had fixed something. It was a problem with my shower knob and he had to come back and re-fix it. Everything is fine now.

George is one of this most professional, honest people in the service business that I have ever met.  He completed all the tasks mentioned above.  Had been told by gas company who were replacing gas lines in my neighborhood that two services needed to be completed so codes were met.  I have already recommended him to my neighbors and will continue to call him if I ever have plumbing problems.

George is the perfect plumber. They arrived earlier than scheduled, and despite a problem with my existing water line being too short, had my new toilet installed and powder room all cleaned up in less than an hour. Then he talked me thru a future project pointing out which things I could easily do myself and what it would likely cost if he did the work. Final cost was what I had estimated (which is a nice surprise). Now that I've found a great plumber, I won't put off future projects that require a pro.

For the toilet repair, I thought I could fix it and after spending a lot of effort and time, MY repair simply did not work so I had to call an expert.  George's answering service wad very professional and understanding.  Repair was scheduled and George was exactly on time.  Repair was done VERY quickly even though it was a bit complicated (to me).  George actually gave me a little lesson in plumbing for my future attempts, if any. Price was very reasonable. 
The second and more recent visit was to replace our garbage disposal unit.  First George gave me the opportunity to buy the replacement unit myself, but he had some on his truck.   I purchased the unit using the criteria George gave me on the phone.  He was exactly on time.  Repair went very quickly and again the price was reasonable.

He was very reliable. He answered the phone and I didn't get a voice mail. He was referred to me by my real estate agent. His price was better than others I got. Other people wanted in excess of $3,000. He came when he said he was going to be there and did the job within the time he said it would take. He charged me exactly what his estimate was and he did not go over or come up with more stuff to do. He did very good work.
