 + -1 moreMy experience with this company has been superior. When I found GeekGhost I felt like I had found gold. As a consumer with little knowledge about computers and especially if I had a problem, this company opened up a new world to me. Now, on my schedule, when I have a problem I immediately hook onto their website, give them permission to get into my computer and repair whatever problem I am having....all the time, if I choose, I sit there and watch GeekGhost make the repair(s) to my computer. However, I do not have to stay with GeekGhost while they make the repair, I can go on with my day and when they are finished they notify me via phone, tell me the problem they repaired and that they are through. Cannot get any easier for the buys consumer like myself. I highly recommend GeekGhost. Anyone who tries it will become a believer like myself.
Description of Work: Please let me start with this is a true testimonial and I highly recommend GeekGhost. When I find a product that makes my day to day easier and that I can depend on, I want the world to know to help make their life easier too. This company, GeekGhost, does computer repairs or monthly maintenance, virtually. No more waiting for someone to come to my house and my having to be at home while my computer is worked on or no more waiting for days to get my computer repaired on the repair company's schedule. It is so easy. I hook onto their website and give them permission to get into my computer and sit there and watch as they work inside my computer. I pay $89.00 their flat fee, by credit card, but if they cannot repair my computer, I do not pay...Should they diagnose a problem that I needs further attention, they tell me the problem and who I should see for the repair. They also will speak with any other technician to discuss the repair they recommend I get. Every month I hook onto their web site and they do a monthly maintenance to prevent any problems that might come my way.....This is GREAT insurance and peace of mind for me.
