My experience with this company has been superior. When I found GeekGhost I felt like I had found gold. As a consumer with little knowledge about computers and especially if I had a problem, this company opened up a new world to me. Now, on my schedule, when I have a problem I immediately hook onto their website, give them permission to get into my computer and repair whatever problem I am having....all the time, if I choose, I sit there and watch GeekGhost make the repair(s) to my computer. However, I do not have to stay with GeekGhost while they make the repair, I can go on with my day and when they are finished they notify me via phone, tell me the problem they repaired and that they are through. Cannot get any easier for the buys consumer like myself. I highly recommend GeekGhost. Anyone who tries it will become a believer like myself.
