When I called Geek Squad today, the person I talked with was very rude and disrespectful to me as  a customer and as a Senior. He was supposedly working by remote to solve some left over issues, however I could see on the screen that there would be no action for a long period of time.  Don't know what he actually did, but when the major problem was fixed, he asked if there was anything else. I typed in another issue and he seemed to just go away without closure.
I learned that I would be charged $19.99 for the service because I agreed to pay for their plan at $19.99 a month.  I don't want any further service from these guys and did not agree to the plan, so will cancel the plan after the initial payment goes through.

This was a $99 technical evaluation, so I was not expecting a solution, but when I set up the appointment at the Best Buy store I informed the Geek squad person specifically that my Epson V700 scanner was not scanning the color red and my Epson Perfection Pro Printer was printing washed out photos. I was expecting the technician to be able to diagnose the problems and recommend further Geek Squad appointments to fix the problem. The technician who arrived had no knowledge of either of these products. He tried to call an expert at Geek Squad but could not get through. He left without even recommending a further appointment with Geek Squad. Also, when I made the appointment I was told that the $99 would be applied to any further appointments. The technician said that he was unaware that Geek Squad does this, but would put a note about it my file. I said that is not good enough. I asked him to call his superiors immediately to confirm this. He could not even reach his own superiors. I was thoroughly disgusted with this my interaction with the Geek Squad.

The appliaces were delivered by a 3rd party company contracted through Best Buy. The delivery people brought the washer and up to my laundry room, stacked them using the stacking kit, and left. The washer was not connected nor was it pushed into the laundy room fully. The washer was also not leveled. Best Buy and their Geek Squad people have offered to contract another 3rd party company to come out and I can pay for installation AGAIN as opposed to making right right the first failed installation. Everytime I try to call Best Buy service center and the delivery center I spend alot of time on hold and get the same answer. At this point I will have to rent a truck to return the appliances to Best Buy because I can not get in touch with anyone about this customer service issue.

REASONABLE. ALTHOUGH SALESMAN DIDN'T WANT TO GET ON THE LADDER TO GET IT.

THEY DIDN'T HASSLE ME ABOUT HONORING THE WARRANTY. IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TOO LONG FOR REPLACEMENT PART SO THE REPLACED THE WHOLE TV.
