I am thrilled with the whole experience I had with Gagne.  I was panicked that one of three AC units when out last night, right before the Labor Day weekend.  I got some referrals from friends and looked on Angies List.  I called several providers with coupons and was told that they could come out tomorrow (Friday.)  That is prompt, but made me nervous in the event they had to come back with a part, or if a new unit needed to be installed - I can't live without my AC all weekend!   Then I called Gagne because they are located close by. Jenny, who answered the phone, was polite and understanding and arranged for a technician to come out within 2 hours!! The tech, Humberto, was prompt, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me the defective part and (very scientifically) described why it wasn't working any longer.  He replaced the part and serviced my other units.  I was delighted that he could save the unit and HAPPILY contracted with Gagne to do semi-annual maintenance. This was a Five Star experience and I am ready for the weekend!

They are incredible. He started with the things that were the least expensive for us to make the repair the least expensive as possible. He had ordered a part for me that we ended up not needing. He observed the cost of the part. I only know him through doing business with him, but I look at him as a good friend. He responds to situations and treats you like a good friend.
