Assistance was provided the next day following the telephone inquiry. The Founders representative provided a touch-up pen for future use in with the cabinets.  In addition, the representative provided advice on where to find an appropriate touch-up pen for our hard wood floors (the floor installers were unable to provide any assistance when asked).  All together Founders has demonstrated an outstanding customer service behavior at all levels - office personal, technical assistance over the telephone, and the field representative.

I found them to be very good, but somewhat expensive. I did not do the project they designed because it got very expensive. They were very good at what they did. What stood out to me was their attention to detail.

Excellent.  Pat Ebersole, the sales person, was great to work with.  The installers were professional.
We did have a long wait for knobs, but we were traveling then so it was not inconvenient for us, though not being able to use vanity might be inconvenient for others.  We were warned that that particular hardware provider did take a long time to fill orders.
We are now working on a plan to put new cabinets in our kitchen.

They were fabulous! It was almost scheduled to the day, and Pat was the designer. She went by the book on everything, she was meticulous and very professional. I think we paid a fair price for the work. They designed the laundry room with new cabinets with a sleek look and still made it very functional. They put in a beautiful backsplash, slate tile and made it a deluxe laundry room. They did great work and I'm pretty sure I will use them again!
