My sister in law's A/C went out and her home warranty company sent a company tech out over a week after her call. The tech said it is probably out of freon and would require at least $750 in freon to get it up and running. However the tech didn't have the tool to check the freon level. Really? So an additional week goes by with out AC while waiting for an additional appointment. A neighbor on Nextdoor suggested that we call Dan at FlowTech. We spoke at 8:20 am on Friday am and by 12:30 she had her system repaired! Total cost including service call.... $150. The expertise, response and professionalism is second to none!

We had a freon leak, so the gentleman explained the pros and cons of simply adding freon (vs replacing).  He was wonderful with teh explanation and did NOT push / encourage us to replace anything at this time.

The whole process was efficient and professional. Flowtech owner Dan Pineyro has exetensive experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems, and it showed.
He helped us choose the right systems for our home, answered all our questions knowledgebly. The installation was done promptly, executed safely and with quality by two technicians under Dan's supervision.
We have been very satisfied with the performance of the systems over the summer season.
The systems are more quiet and more efficient than the old.
They do not work as strenuously and thus should last for along time.
Our home is more comfortable and our energy consumption (in KWh) was reduced by 40% compared each of to the two previous summers. Our electricity bills were reduced commensurately.
I would definitely recommend Dan Pineyro and his team to others.

My experience with them was great. A few years ago I thought we were going to have to replace a unit which would have been around $1,000 but they told me that they could put a $100 part in it and I would get another few years out of it. This past summer, I went ahead and replaced the unit. He did not push me to buy something even when I was suggesting that I go ahead and buy it; I always respect that in someone. I have very good feelings about them. I think I got quality merchandise for the price I paid and it was a fair. They responded quickly; they were out within a day or two and they had the new system in within the week. It’s a little family business and the person who worked with me is the owner; he is very attentive to details.

They are very fairly priced. Their service has been excellent. We have used them for a long time and have recommended them to friends.

When they come out, they are always honest and hard working. I really am impressed with their customer service. They are friendly and professional. They have great prices and are available quickly. I would recommend them to other people any time.
