Does not itemize bill. Took potion of the project out without sharing the information with me. Did not complete the work and he is refusing to give a refund for the work that was not done.

"Please show pictures of the work that was not completed professionally and fully. The issue is the client asked for unreasonable discounts post installation, due to issues with poor construction of a staircase that could not have been foreseen prior to my team Installing the new treads. Please show pictures of our work. I offered 3 different solutions to his staircases structural issues. 1. Offered to fully rebuild his staircase and fix the structural issues and I was going to split that cost with him. 2. Offered to Refinish existing treads once again, they did not need to be and they look great, but I offered. 3. Offered to discount."

Extremally professional company. Performed excellent job. Very good quality, professionalism, businessy manner. Came in the morning, removed my old floors on the entire 1st level of my house and completely finished around 6pm leaving after themself very clean rooms with beautiful new floor. They also have and introduse very high quality materials. Special thanks to Erin and his enthusiasm and desire to help. He is special. We wish him and his company all the best.
