First Rate Siding & Roofing

This is my first review, and I felt so compelled to give David and his team kudos for the work they did! The job was done beautifully, and they went above and beyond my expectations - which is difficult to do, since my husband and I are very thorough on our research and have high expectations.  David is a true gift in the business - a trustworthy, reputable gentleman who has a great working relationship with his crew.  He provided his expertise and professional opinion - never overselling us or going against our wishes.  As all projects have their challenges, and life is not perfect, this project had a few minor issues that had to be dealt with, but what I loved about David is his responsiveness. Whenever anything came up, he was always on the ball and ready to handle it. I never felt like he was putting my project or me on the back burner.  As a matter of fact, he made me feel as if ours was his only project (and his most important one), even though we obviously were not his only project.  Thank you, thank you, thank you, David and First Rate Siding!

They are amazing, the best in the world! There is nobody more trustworthy than them. They took their time and explained everything to us.

I am very happy with all of the work that was done. They did quite a bit for us and everything turned out great. They are a one man show. There were small issues, but no big deals. There was a language barrier, which he did explain ahead of time that the workers were not good in English, so I was aware of that. They were very decent to deal with the entire time and I told him he could use me as a reference. They were really good and the clean-up was excellent.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP. THE WORK WAS ACCURATE. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO ANY NEEDS I HAD. THEY ASSISTED WITH RECONNECTING THE SECURITY SYSTEM.
