It was very good. They did what they needed to do, and did it satisfactory.

I have used Mark and his team a FAST for several years. The service is excellent, pricing is fair and competitive and you never have to worry about getting and honest diagnosis and repair. I cannot recommend them too highly. Just referred a friend to them today.

Mark's business will continue to prosper because he's not only the best mechanic I have ever known since I have been living in the northern Georgia area, but he's always punctual and he gets the job done meeting all expectations.
I refuse to go to another mechanic, for I trust him and he trust me as a loyal customer in which I stand by my word that if you bring your vehicle to him then you can't go wrong for he or she will see with their own eyes the quality of service is by far better than any mechanical service outlet in this location.

The team ( a family business) firstly were VERY professional and I met the family while I was there who were all very warm and friendly people. The guys put the truck on the lift immediately and found the left front lug nuts were loose causing damage to the LF rotor. I just had a brake job done about three months earlier and traveled down the East coast twice in that time period. They replaced the rotors on the front end and at my request flushed and changed the transmission and coolant fluids. This company is honest, reliable, and true to their word as well as doing an excellent job on the vehicle. They were also VERY reasonable.

Diagnostically, they were unable to find any problem regarding the rpm issue as no codes were registered and the vehicle has been running fine. They researched the issue as well and were unable to find any data on the problem. All in all, an excellent experience and I would recommend them for any work needing to be done on any make Japanese vehicle.

They actually specialize in Japanese cars. They were the only one who was able to fix the problem of our car that we have been dealing with for a long time. The staff are very professional and friendly. They also respond to our questions with knowledge and skill and makes us understand information and treatment for our car.

They were great. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I asked them to check my battery and they told me that I didn't need one. A lot of places would have tried to sell me stuff because I'm a female, but they said that I didn't need. I've got neighbors that have used them too and they've done little things for them without charging. The one reason that I went to them was because I had had neighbors recommend them. Their price was pretty much average or what most of those oil change places charge. I didn't have an appointment, but I was able to walk in and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will use them again in the future.

The work they have always done has been excellent. I have used them for three or four different jobs working on my Honda. They have always been very reasonably priced, very professional. The last time I used them was for a complete brake job, they did some brakes, belts and a few other things. Actually the word Fast in the company name is the acronym for Foreign Auto Service Tech. They are very conveniently located for me. My experience is that they have been very honest. They don’t try to push anything on me. On a couple of occasions they have told me that I would need to get something done but that I could continue using my vehicle for a certain number of miles more. If there is something that needs to be fixed, they will point it out to me and fix it and if it is something that does not need to be fixed, they don’t try to sell me something. I have used them several times in the past and I would use them again in the future.
