I did not use them. They were supposed to call me and never did. So I decided to call someone else and go with another companby. They didn't show up for the dumpster.

Where to begin.. Teeeeerrrrrrrrible. We contacted them and Sheila was "friendly" and answered her phone to make the sale. When I got home after the "10 yard" dumpster was delivered, the invoice had illegible handwriting that said "over 1/2 $75" ??? On the day of "pick up" they said they delivered a 20 yard one and would charge us if it was filled over 1/2 full. Then also on the day of "pick up" they told us they would be there and the boards from our deck that we tore down had to be below the rim. I had sent her a picture two days earlier and asked if it was all right the way they were sticking up. Said she would get back with me - never did. So, they never came. By then, Sheila wasn't answering her phone, only responding to texts. The next day, I texted her and she very cooly said they would be there sometime. Never came. I had family coming in for the weekend. I had to end up threatening her with impounding the dumpster to get them to pick it up. Her only response initially was "Do you have our money?" HOW do these so called businesses get away with this? Scum of the earth. Please don't even start with these people! I would have given anything if I had had some warning.
